Residence AI provides a 14-day free trial that allows users to fully evaluate the Software before purchasing a license. Because the trial offers complete access to the product, all purchases made after the trial period are final and non-refundable. You can find more informational at our Refund Policy statement .

2. No Refunds

All sales of Residence AI licenses are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the Software during the 14-day trial period and confirm that it meets your needs.

3. Trial Period

The 14-day trial provides full functionality of the Software, enabling you to:

Install and run Residence AI locally

Evaluate performance on your device

Test all included tools and features

Verify compatibility with your workflow

After the trial expires, continued use requires purchasing a license.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues, our support team will assist you in resolving them. However, technical issues do not qualify for refunds once a license has been activated.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Immediate license termination

Permanent account blocking from future purchases

Submission of documentation to the payment processor
